Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PDS Engage Hub Investor Portal operated by Paramount Digital Services ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering or investing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register as an investor.
• You must provide accurate, complete registration information.
• One account per person. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited.
• Accounts are non-transferable.

2. Access Plans & No Monetary Return

• This is not a financial investment product. Plans are a one-time paid subscription that unlocks platform capacity. There is no guaranteed or fixed monetary return, no revenue distribution, and no payout or withdrawal mechanism of any kind.
• Category A (Revenue Tools): Unlocks platform features aimed at growing your own business revenue — campaign tools, promotional placement, and analytics — proportional to your plan. This is a feature entitlement only, not a share of Company revenue.
• Category B (Service Benefits): Investors receive allocated leads access proportional to their plan. Lead volumes are subject to platform availability.
• Hybrid Plans: Combine both Category A and Category B benefits as described in the specific plan.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed by Paystack. By investing you also agree to Paystack's Terms of Service.
• Investments are non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable law.
• If a payment fails but funds are deducted, contact us within 48 hours with your Paystack reference number.
• Upgrade credits are calculated server-side based on remaining days at daily rate. Credit calculations are final.

4. Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at investors@contactgain.xyz.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to manipulate plan data, analytics, or lead-quota records
• Using automated bots or scripts to access the platform
• Sharing account access with third parties
• Engaging in fraudulent payment chargebacks
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access non-public platform APIs

6. Plan Renewal, Upgrade & Exit

• Plans may be renewed, upgraded, or downgraded before expiry via the Renewal Centre.
• Upgrade credits are applied automatically based on remaining investment value.
• Early exit (before plan expiry) forfeits remaining benefits and is subject to a processing review.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this platform shall not exceed the amount you invested in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or the platform. Active investment balances will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification.
